    will notify you and offer a substitute, refund, or alternative solution as per
    Egyptian consumer     protection regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable
    taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We currently ship orders exclusively within Egypt.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

In compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law:
  • Return and Exchange Period: You may request a return or exchange within
    14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened,
    and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened
    cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are
    defective or non-conforming to the order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect
